Oak Creek Enterprises

Oak Creek was founded in 1967 with one rental property. In 1978, the company became Oak Creek Realty, expanding into brokerage and property management. In 1991, Oak Creek acquired its first motel and began its transition into acquisition and hands-on operations.


Since then, the company has continued to diversify—adding its first triple-net (NNN) property in 2008 and its first storage facility in 2018—while expanding into multifamily and other assets. Today, Oak Creek combines deep operational experience with full-service brokerage expertise to drive long-term growth.

Gabriel Hall

CEO


 As CEO, Gabriel provides strategic direction and operational leadership across the company’s real estate portfolio. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (DRE #02359539 ) with experience spanning acquisitions, leasing strategy, asset management, and financing. Gabriel is recognized for his disciplined approach, strong communication, and commitment to delivering consistent results through active oversight and thoughtful execution. 

Larry Hall

Chairman


 Larry serves as Chairman and provides strategic guidance to the brokerage. With over 55 years of experience in property management, he began buying, selling, and exchanging personal and client holdings in 1968. Throughout his career, Larry was known for his strong work ethic and tough, skilled negotiation style, with extensive experience in partnerships, joint ventures, and project management. 

Sabrina Clarke

Accounting Manager


 As Accounting Manager, Sabrina oversees the day-to-day financial systems that keep Oak Creek running smoothly. From reconciliations and vendor coordination to reporting and documentation, she plays a key role in maintaining accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency across the portfolio. 

Brigitte Slayter

Executive Administrator


 Brigitte serves as Executive Administrator and supports both executive operations and property management across the portfolio. From coordinating tenant communication and lease documentation to handling day-to-day office needs, she plays a key role in keeping operations organized, responsive, and running smoothly. 

Timothy McGough

 Facilities Maintenance and Operations Manager


Timothy serves as Facilities Maintenance and Operations Manager, overseeing maintenance and repairs across Oak Creek’s portfolio. He handles property upkeep, preventative maintenance, and operational support to help ensure each property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.
