Oak Creek started in 1967 with one rental property, transitioning to Oak Creek Realty in 1978. The first motel was acquired in 1991 and Oak Creek started the shift from brokerage and property management

to motel acquisition and operation.  In 2008 Oak Creek acquired their first triple net property. Continuing to diversify their portfolio, Oak Creek purchased their first storage facility in 2018. 

CEO

Larry has been active in property management for over 55 years. He has been buying, selling, and exchanging personal and client holdings since 1968. Larry is considered hardworking, as well as being a tough and skilled negotiator. He has extensive experience in partnerships, joint ventures, and project management.

COO

Gabriel has 20 years of experience navigating ever-changing market demands to expand the Oak Creek Enterprises portfolio. He is highly regarded for his resourcefulness and entrepreneurial mindset, revitalizing underperforming businesses and leading

by example to develop and support teams in attaining operational excellence.
